How to Track Your Order
Every REDRAGON order gets a tracking page — you can check its status any time without waiting for an email.
Find Your Tracking Page
Head to /track and enter your order number (it starts with RDR-) plus the email or phone number you ordered with.
You can also click the Track Order link from any order confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
Order Statuses
| Status | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Pending | Order received, awaiting confirmation. | | Confirmed | Payment or COD verified — we're packing your order. | | Packing | Being packed and handed to the courier. | | In Transit | Dispatched and on its way to your city. | | Out for Delivery | With your local rider — expect delivery today. | | Delivered | Handed over and confirmed. |
A cancelled status means the order was cancelled by you or by us (for example, an unreachable customer on a COD order).
Delivery Times
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 1–2 business days
- Other areas: 2–4 business days
- Remote locations: up to 5–7 business days
Processing takes up to 24 hours before dispatch. Count delivery time from dispatch, not from when you placed the order.
COD Orders
On Cash on Delivery orders, our delivery partner may call you before arriving. If they can't reach you, the delivery is delayed — please keep your phone reachable.
COD orders are never auto-cancelled for being late. We don't run a timer that kills unfulfilled COD orders — that's a promise, not a default.
Tracking Not Updating?
- Statuses update once or twice a day, not in real time.
- If it hasn't changed in 2 days, WhatsApp us at +92 311 522 6682 with your order number.
- On national holidays and Sundays, couriers don't scan parcels, so statuses stall — that's normal.
Something Wrong With the Delivery?
If your parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll check with the courier and get it resolved.
