All REDRAGON products sold through our store carry the official manufacturer warranty. We handle claims end-to-end so you don't have to deal with importers.

How to Claim Warranty

Diagnosis
Our team remotely diagnoses the issue. If it's a warranty case, we proceed to step 3.
Ship or Replace
For simple issues, we ship a replacement immediately. For complex cases, we arrange pickup of the defective unit.
Resolution
Replacement or repair completed within 5–10 business days depending on stock availability.
Important Notes
• Keep your order confirmation (WhatsApp message or email) as proof of purchase.
• Warranty starts from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
• We are an authorized REDRAGON reseller — your warranty is honored through official channels.
