1. Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Defective or damaged products received

  • Products not matching the description on our website

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with opened, damaged, or missing original packaging
  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Software, games, or digital downloads
  • Hygiene products (earbuds, in-ear monitors) once opened

4. How to Initiate a Return

  3. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be covered for defective items)
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

5. Refund Methods

  • COD Orders — Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 3–5 business days
  • Prepaid Orders — Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Store Credit — Available on request for faster processing

6. Warranty Claims

Products under manufacturer warranty can be claimed directly through us or the authorized service center. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not physical or water damage. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. Do not discard the packaging — our courier partner may need to inspect it.
