You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

- Defective or damaged products received

- Products not matching the description on our website
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with opened, damaged, or missing original packaging
- Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- Custom or personalized orders
- Software, games, or digital downloads
- Hygiene products (earbuds, in-ear monitors) once opened
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping may be covered for defective items)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
5. Refund Methods
- COD Orders — Refund via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 3–5 business days
- Prepaid Orders — Refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Store Credit — Available on request for faster processing
6. Warranty Claims
Products under manufacturer warranty can be claimed directly through us or the authorized service center. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not physical or water damage. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. Do not discard the packaging — our courier partner may need to inspect it.
