1. General

By accessing and using the REDRAGON Gaming Pakistan website (redragon-pk.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
  • We are an authorized reseller — all products come with official manufacturer warranty

3. Orders & Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when you receive your order
  • Bank Transfer — Direct bank deposit; order ships after confirmation
  • QR Payment — JazzCash/Easypaisa QR code at checkout
  • Wallet — In-store wallet credit (if applicable)
  • Orders are subject to verification and may be cancelled for suspicious activity

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan via Leopards, TCS, Daewoo, and other courier partners
  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 50,000
  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas may take 5–7 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

6. Warranty

All products carry the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through REDRAGON or the authorized distributor in Pakistan. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

REDRAGON Gaming Pakistan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
